Refund Policy

At QuitNow, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days after the confirmed delivery date of your order.

Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

  • The product must not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept refunds for:

  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

  • Used, damaged, or altered items

  • Items missing original packaging or parts

  • Sale, clearance, or final-sale items, unless they arrive damaged or defective

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the product and the problem

We will review the case and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
